Baby J was busy playing in his room with his toys when I came in to check his diaper. I gently took off his pants and asked him to lie down on the bed. Once I unbuttoned the onesie at the crotch, there it was—a very full diaper! No wonder I noticed that little smell earlier. To keep things tidy, I put on his plastic pants over the diaper so we could head to the kitchen for his bottle. Once he finishes his drink, it'll be straight to the changing table for a fresh diaper!
