You would wear some tan pantyhose to start, fall off your bed or something, and break your ankle. Then you lay on your side holding it and crying and freaking out. After this, you try to walk on it to see if it is broken, but when you put weight on it pain surges, and you go to the ground with all of your weight on it breaking it more. You hold it crying and in pain and then you get on your bed and prop it up on a pillow and you fall asleep. However, while you are sleeping, someone comes in and breaks your good ankle (this can just be pretended to happen). You eventually wake up, not knowing that your good ankle is broken. You go to get up, but once you stand on it you fall straight to the ground. You clutch your ankle, screaming and crying, and you keep trying to get up. In denial and shocked that this had happened. Every time, your ankles break even more. Finish up by finding your phone and calling 911 for help.
