Vanessa sits in the dentist’s chair, explaining her persistent struggle with halitosis. The dentist listens attentively before asking about her oral hygiene habits. "Do you floss regularly?" he asks, leaning forward slightly. Vanessa nods, and he hands her a piece of floss. "Show me how you do it," he instructs. She complies, running the floss between her teeth as he observes closely.  "Do you use a tongue scraper?" he asks next. Vanessa shakes her head. "No, I’ve never used one." He retrieves a tongue scraper from his tools and asks Vanessa to use it. Vanessa follows his instructions. She is covered in a pool of her own smelly spit - but despite her efforts, the unpleasant odor lingers. He examines the tongue scraper and frowns. "The smell seems concentrated here," he mutters, more to himself than to her. Aroused by how smelly her mouth is, he decides further tests need to be conducted.  The dentist asks her to recline in the chair, adjusting the overhead light. He picks up a tongue depressor. "Say ah" he says. He presses down on her tongue, examining her gums, throat, uvula, tonsils and tongue for any signs of infection or abnormalities. Vanessa winces slightly as her gag reflex kicks in, causing some discomfort. "Sorry about that," he says, pausing to give her a moment to recover. Trying to hide his boner, he pulls on a pair of gloves. He uses his fingers to palpate the inner surfaces of her mouth, searching for additional clues and additional pleasure. Still, the exact source of the odor eludes him. Intrigued—and increasingly aroused—he leans in closer. "Let me try something else," he says. Bringing his nose nearer to her mouth, he inhales carefully, attempting to isolate the smell. Vanessa grows increasingly uncomfortable and decides that's enough.
