It's day 1 of my monthly cycle and the day after a massive migraine. I had a workout to make up for, and I was going to get it done! I lowered the weight considerably and still felt tired. I almost didn't post this because why would I want my first home workout video to be something where I felt weaker than usual? I chose to post it anyways because these days happen to me just as they do to anyone else.
