It seems that lil Tonya is depressed, nothing brings her joy and does not amuse her. She can't even remember the last time she laughed, and that's a huge problem. It was good that she decided to seek help from Dr. Fiedler. As Dr. Fiddler begins to tickle baby Tonya's feet, a wave of relief and amusement washes over her. She had almost forgotten what it felt like to laugh, and the sensation is both foreign and comforting. Her laughter fills the room, and she can't help but feel a sense of gratitude towards the doctor for helping her rediscover this lost feeling. However, when Dr. Fiddler ties her to the chair and begins to tickle her ribs and bare feet more intensely, her emotions become more complex. On one hand, she's still laughing and enjoying the feeling, but on the other hand, she feels a sense of vulnerability and discomfort at being restrained. She tries to protest, but her words are muffled by the ball gag in her mouth. When Dr. Fiddler applies the nipple clamps and pulls her closer to him, Tonya's emotions become even more mixed. The sensation is both painful and pleasurable, and she finds herself torn between wanting to escape and wanting to experience more. She's overwhelmed by the intensity of the situation, and her laughter turns into gasps and moans. Despite the discomfort, Tonya can't deny that she's feeling a sense of release and relief. The tickling and the sensations from the nipple clamps are helping her forget her troubles, if only for a moment.
