Heart Attack At The Office

This is an intense simulation/roleplay. I am at work at the office and having a stressful day. I spill coffee as I try to rush through all the work I must finish by the end of the day. Then my boss calls giving me another tight deadline. My phone won't stop ringing adding to my stress. I start getting symptoms. My chest gets tight and I can't catch my breath. I try to stay calm and focus on my work thinking that it'll pass, but it only gets work and I panic. I fall on the floor desperate for help- I manage to call 911. My heart beats faster and faster until it slows down as I curl my back, shake and try to stay awake. Note: although very intense, it is only acting. Also there's no full nudity.
