I made good progress pushing on all 4's! I wanted to try and get on my back for a more natural birth, but I got so tired, and my pushes got so weak, that my OBGYN even suggested a section! I said NO, please read my birth plan. But the pain and the pressure was too much, so we settled for a vacuum delivery. I pushed against the vaccum and crowned before birthing.
