This afternoon I had a terribly craving for grilled chicken. I remembered I had a beautiful chicken in my freezer that I could marinate to perfection and rushed to the kitchen. I mixed in all the most delicious herbs and spices I could muster together and created a delicious marinade. I love a lemon and herb grilled chicken, so that's what I made.
