Doing sit ups and crunches is hard with my big fat belly in the way! At first I attempt to do sit ups, but I can barely lift myself off the bed! Crunches seem easier, so about half way into the video I stop trying to do sit ups. Every time I bend forward, my stomach rolls and my cellulite looks more pronounced. Toward the end of the video, I grab and jiggle my fat, pushing my belly out as far as it will go
