On my yoga mat, I start stretching my legs with alternating extended side angle poses. My grey t-shirt is rolled up so that my belly hangs out from underneath it! I stretch down to my toes and then do some squats before changing the camera's position. Now on my hands and knees, I perform cat and cow poses, donkey kicks, and the cobra pose. I lower my neon panties so that my butt cheeks are exposed, then carry out side-lying leg lifts with my ass facing you, and again with my face toward the camera. After that I move onto the bridge pose, scissor kicks, reclining goddess pose, wheel pose, sit up crossovers, hip rotator stretch, seated butterfly stretch (touching my head to my feet), and seated side stretch
