As someone who has undergone the wolf transformation, I am here to coach my friend through the changes. I provide comfort before explaining what will happen. Since I have went through the process, I am able to be in control as my friend goes through things quicker. I explain the importance of comfortable clothes. I inquire about what she felt earlier in the way. I check the time and tell her the little changes I notice in myself. I look out the window to see the full moon is out. Eventually, we slowly start to change with itchiness, our bodies changing, and even the urge to howl. The next day. I tell my friend what we did together as wolves. Just as I finish, we are suddenly changing again. I realize this sometimes happens in the morning after a change the night before. I invite my friend to go out into the world and change with me again as our wolf selves
