Miss Ruby is celebrating, and she's brought cupcakes for the occasion! She thinks she'll start with just one, but pretty soon, she sees just how impossible that is. She stuffs cupcake after cupcake into her greedy mouth, washing each bite down with milk until she's sticky and wet. Soon her belly begins swelling up like a balloon!
