I have just a few days left before I travel in Spain to compete at Arnold Classic and you can admire my perfect body while I do my last workouts before I step on the stage. In the last 9 weeks I didn't eat carbohydrate and salt or any sweetener because I have to lose water as much as possible. This is the reason why I use light weights with super high reps in the last weeks. This is the first part of my leg workout. I do low weight and high reps training to lose water as much as possible. You can see as I'm pumping all my leg muscles maximally. In this part I do 3 practice for my legs and I use perfect camera angles to make you crazy for my outstanding thighs.
