I had been falling behind with rent due to the time of year and how much strain it was putting on me financially. So I asked my landlord if we could discuss a little help and he told me he was in the area with a friend who he works with, and can call round if I'd like. I did tell him it would have to be late into the afternoon but he came round abit early and unexpected. Anyway...he turned up with his friend just like he said and we began sorting out another 'arrangement' for this month's rent for you all to watch ;-)
