Nesty winds up at the orthopedist complaining about the cramping in her long leg cast and constantly cold toes due to to her angles ankle in he awkward cast. She's unprepared for the alternative treatment as the orthopedist lifts her up onto the gurney and proceeds to go to town sucking on her cold little toes. She sucks on them every which way from a variety of camera angles including lots of POV sole shots as Nesty reacts to the warm tounging she is getting. We rate this one a sensual must see.
