Elena LLC at the Clinic Deep Cleaning Those Dusty Toes

(English) Elena crutches into the clinic on her singled high heeled boot for a checkup when the nurse notices her toes hanging out of the cast need some cleaning so she offers to wipe them down wile admiring how long polished and pretty they are. So she offers Elena a "deep cleaning" to assist with her circulation in her cold toes as well. To Elena's surprise she starts sucking on her pretty toes. She doesn't mind it though because it feels really good. And after a long toe-sucking filmed from a variety of angles the nurse helps Elena back on her crutches and also on her toes.
