Because of the experience/treatment I have received I could never recommend getting a custom from her. Not only did I never receive my own custom that I paid for, but I participated in a live show won her raffle and never received the prize from that. She has missed the deadlines she set herself a few times and then started ghosting me. I tried being patient but now we're half a year+ in and am being ghosted.
I have bought many dozens of customs from Charlotte, some of which are in her MV Store. No matter the theme, she always does an exceptional job! You can definitely trust Charlotte to bring your fantasy to life!
