Aragnelen W. Cat in flow with its flag

I never had a spanish flag but I am spanish so I wanted to see how I could feel and interact with spanish flag. It was an interesting experience, I was there, with the flag, with my senses and emotions of the moment. I realized that dance-meditation it is a wonderful approach to have a relation with a flag, maybe the best. Nunca he tenido una bandera de España pero soy española y quería ver cómo me sentiría e interactuaría con una. Ha sido una experiencia interesante. Estaba ahí con la bandera, con mis sentidos y emociones del momento. Al acabar de hacerlo y ver el vídeo me he step-dado cuenta de que es una forma maravillosa de relacionarse con una bandera, quizás la mejor.
