With the new technique, Jose wants to test it out before going out in the field. Toby allows Jose to try the FOOT TICKLING on him! With Sheriff Toby BOUND & GAGGED to the couch, Jose begins the TICKLE INTERROGATION! He removes Toby's COWBOY BOOTS, tests the Sheriff's tolerance by TICKLING his SOCKED FEET and Toby lets out a high-pitched LAUGH! Jose moves on to remove the SOCKS and TICKLE Toby's BARE FEET! The deputy even performs the SENSORY DEPRIVATION tactic by covering Toby's eyes while TICKLING his sensitive WRINKLED SOLES!
