Now that Deputy JOSE CORTEZ is confident in his training, Sheriff TOBY SPRINGS sends him off to ask about one of the worst outlaws in town: MILES STRIKER, aka the Big Shamrock! Little does Toby know, Shamrock has been watching the two in their FOOT TICKLE INTERROGATION training. He catches Toby off guard and ties him up! As the banter wears off, Big Shamrock begins to implement the TICKLE tactic on the sheriff. He wants to know where the key to the city is, so he can rob all the local parlors and banks of their goods! Toby refuses to disclose such sensitive information, and so Shamrock TICKLES his SOCKED FEET! Toby LAUGHS through his CLEAVE GAG but doesn't reveal the location to the key!  Shamrock's patience wears thin so he removes Toby's SOCKS, uncovering his BARE FEET! He TICKLES Toby's sensitive SOLES and Toby loses it! He LAUGHS so hard he can't breathe! Lucky for the Sheriff, Deputy Jose has returned. Shamrock covers Toby's face with his hat so Jose can't hear his muffled screams as he goes to catch the unaware Deputy!
