This vid is a little glimpse into My life. I'm currently competing in the Crossfit Open 2020 competition and this was the third work out. Literally a video of Me competing in the workout, lifting heavy weights and getting very sweaty. The workout was: 21 41kg deadlifts, 21 hand release push ups, 15 41kg deadlifts, 15 hand release push ups, 9 41kg deadlifts, 10 hand release push ups, 21 61kg deadlifts, 50 metre bear crawl, 15 61kg deadlifts, 50 metre bear crawl, 9 61kg deadlifts, 50 metre bear crawl. Time cap: 9 minutes. I didn't do as well as I can because I have a pretty badly sprained ankle so haven't been able to train for the last few weeks. Re-attempting the work out on Monday!
