Hello, Workout Wolfe Pack! Are you ready for workout video number 3!? This one is longer and more intense than I initially planned, as today I am actually doing My workout for the day here with you. One of My absolute favorite ways to exercise is to turn a solo dance party into a full-on aerobic workout. I started doing aerobics videos before I could even walk, and I have always found them to be so fun. So, here I use My own moves and style, and channel the energy of all the great aerobic instructors, to help give Myself and you the best experience possible. OK, let's do it!
