It's arm day today and I'm adding static holds in for the first time! I've never done these before and I'm surprised at how much harder it makes my work out! I'm wearing tight active wear leggings and a top that I've tied into a crop. I do chest presses & chest flies with these holds, several sets- watch as I struggle and pant! Throw in some tricep pullovers. I then do some lat pull downs using a resistance band, and you get to see my full height with my body stretched out from front and back! Bicep curls are next on the list, then back to chest work. I do some reverse flies and then wrap up the video with some flirtatious body show off- including flexing! I toss in some other short work out clips at the end- sit ups, squats, foam roller and leg curls too! If you enjoy tall beginning weight lifters- this is for you!
