My neighbor and I would play and get into all types of trouble. Our bedroom windows faced each other so I could see into her room and all of the punishments she received. In this episode, Maggie and Kimi are hanging out after school. Maggie didn't ask if Kimi could come over and mother isn't home. Kimi and Maggie are coloring but Kimi gets upset when Maggie won't let her color in the coloring book she wants. Kimi pulls out some matches she stole from her mom's purse and the young women try to light them. When Kimi finally gets them to burn, she rips the page out she wanted to color and sets the coloring page on fire! Of course, Maggie's mother gets home right around that time, so Maggie and Kimi hurry to try and get the smell of matches and smoke to go away.  Maggie's mom comes in and Kimi immediately rats Maggie out saying she'll go home. Maggie's mother spanks Maggie severely with her hand and a paddle because Maggie could have burnt the house down, burnt herself or any number of dangerous things. All the while, Kimi watches from home through her window.
