But Luna is exactly the kind of patient you like best: she hates being fat but loves food too much to submit to a strict diet. You've met a lot like that. And with all of them the situation has had the same ending. The girl shows you her fat belly, talking about how her account is in the red because she's constantly ordering take-out, she really has a serious problem with food! And she really hates her fat body, but has no intention of going on a diet. "maybe there are diet pills?", she asks you. So you propose your own diet pills. Secretly created in your lab, these pills hide a great side effect. They haven't been tested yet, but Luna offers herself as a guinea pig. Poor girl, she doesn't know what awaits her and that secretly you are a feeder. You love indolent and lazy girls like her, with no willpower to stop eating.
