I can state this was my most tough and sweaty workout ever! This video won the palm :D 5 minutes warm up, 35-40 minutes hardcore cardio with very little breaks circuit type of, 10 minutes more resistance cardio high reps and some cool down. I wear my grey workout outfit and it's about within 10 minutes my clothes start to soak in sweat. Color will be changed quickly and till the end until I don't remove them it's soaking wet and sweaty! I have never done this training session yet and know I know why :D :D really intense and super tough even if I do 6 times a week workout sessions. Worth every moment and pain trust me! So after the cardio session I remove my clothes and continue naked then you're able to see my pouring sweat body and I just ensure you the view with small breaks to reveal my body parts. Few times I thought will give up but I never give up! The last 10 minutes extra resistance session gone quickly it was seems so light haha. Then I do some light stretching and cool down but my heart is pumping and I control my breath all over in the video. You will hear it. Also I comment sometime the exercises. Before the end I take lot of my time to show off naked body close up, my dripping wet hair, xtremely sweaty upper body, catch the sweaty drops off my face, neck, boobs, under boobs down to my pussy and ass and so on. When I do squad stretch sweaty drips hitting the mat make some pleasure sounds on.
