Once she finishes adding syrup, she will spit a lot of her spit onto the pancake piece so that it is dripping in her spit. Janet will then put the spit-covered pancake piece in Ema’s mouth so that Ema can eat and swallow it. After Janet does that, Karin will do the same exact thing. Janet and Karin will both take turns doing this for the entire scene. Ema shouldn’t be thirsty or hungry anymore.
