Welcome to your first kickboxing self defense training. Combining elbows, legs, knees and traditional boxing can be so much fun. Let's begin by delivering a couple of swings with your legs. Try raising your feet as high as you can, aiming for the head and chest of your opponent. Very nice! Now try a couple from your back, gaining so much more momentum. Not bad, if you feel like your opponent is gaining upper hand, simply target testicles. Use your legs and knees efficiently and make your opponent fall under your legs. Then you'll be able to simply walk up and say - ha, you lost, now worship my shiny winner pussy as I hold you between my strong & muscly thighs!
