I'm simply going to do My yoga practice, with the light from the cloudy, rainy sky behind Me, causing My body to be almost completely silhouetted. I want you to again assume one of the positions I taught you, and watch the movement of My body-- the shapes it makes. Observe My strength, control, flexibility, grace, beauty. Meditate on it.
