A reminder to ourselves that not everyday is a good one and were human. Allowing ourselves to not be okay is part of our healing journey. Reminding ourselves to pause and practice self love and self care. Lives get busy and sometimes we forget to pause and check in with ourselves and allow ourselves time to pause and self reflect and take care of us. Short and sweet guided meditation and breath work with emphases on paying attention to the sound of our breath, positive affirmations and practicing self care and self love.
