I’m sitting up in a chair and I feel a bit stressed so I stretch while sitting up where my abs start to show… It feels really good… Very relaxing… I do a few of those, then I lean back in the chair stretching my amazing body back, I arch my neck as I stretch, raise back up and repeat. Then sitting up in their chair, I rub ice cubes on my abs… I need to cool down and this is perfect! I start melting the ice cubes in my belly and my abs… and then I take off my hoodie… it feels really good and the image of my abs is amazing, let me get closer to you…
