[08-2024] (English) Beautiful Elena is in the ICU after suffering a sudden CE at her girlfriend's place. She is wearing a hospital gown, with a BP cuff and five-lead heart monitor attached. While on her phone, her heart suddenly starts racing. The medical team rushes in, checking her vitals and steths her chest. Elena gasps as they work. The team decides to perform synchronized cardioversion using defibrillator paddles. A nurse places the paddles on her chest, and as the machine calculates the timing, Elena continues. The round of defib is performed, but there’s no response. The team continues, placing the paddles on her chest again and administering another round. This time, her heart rhythm returns to normal, and they let her rest. However, soon after, her heart starts racing again. Elena calls the medical team, and they reassess her condition. The medical team immediately begins resus, performing deep and strong chest compressions, using an Ambu bag, and administering multiple defibrillations. They remove her hospital gown to continue resuscitation directly on her chest. After several cycles of CPR, Elena's pulse finally returns to a normal rhythm.
