Baby J is lying on the floor, happily playing with his little plushie on his soft blanket in the kitchen. While he’s busy, I take a moment to check his diaper—it’s very full. But it’s time for his bottle! I gently take the pacifier out of his mouth and give him his bottle. As he drinks, I sit beside him and give his diaper a few gentle pats, feeling how puffy it is. Once he's done, I tell him it's time for a change, and he crawls after me to the bathroom.
