Welcome to Workout Wolfe Pack video number 9. Due to the knee issues I've been having, I've been doing even more yoga than usual recently. I recorded this flow directly after recording the plank video, and it was My first flow of the morning. Yoga is most beneficial when done on an empty stomach, so I always do a flow before eating each day. Come and join Me in this extended warrior flow (added poses from the last one I posted) to stretch and strengthen your mind, body, and soul. *I originally recorded this with two cameras (one higher and one lower) but the lower one was out of focus, so I only used footage from the higher.
